Summary:

Dear Experts,

When am running Collections Scoring Program for 'Delinquency Status Determination' or 'Account scoring' , program is ending with warning , and log shows message 'This feature is not available' .

Request you to please let me know if am missing any steps for setting up Collections .

I have enabled all Opt-In Features for collections from setup and maintenance.

also please let me know if there's any whitepaper on how to setup collections or any setup document available for ready reference .
