We have a requirement to create an Action Plan to manage the Hearing process.

We want to create an action plan template that consist of actions that guide the agent of steps/process to follow to manage the case in a timeous manner. For example in a hearing action plan the actions/steps would be as follows:

1. Schedule Hearing
2. Notify Employee
3. Hearing is held
4. Receive Outcome of hearing
5. Communicate Outcome

We would like the duration/due date of the action in step 4 ‘Receive outcome of hearing’, to be calculated on the actual date of the hearing, which is a custom date field on the Case, plus the task duration, and not based on the prerequisite of action 3 ‘Hearing is held’
