How to get content type form attachment cbe/entity. Always getting type as file
We need to upload files to incident created into the Oracle B2C service. B2C service needs content as base64. We are getting base64 from attachment url using custom component and passing it to B2C apis. It worked for text/csv files but it is not working for pdf/docx. We can see attachments in B2C but when we try to download pdf/docx file then files are not opening
