Creating Absence Plan/Type Congé Payé with working days (jours ouvrés)

Hello all,

Has anyone ever created Congé Payé for French legislation using working days?

We have a requirement to create Congé Payé using working days but we want to know how the balance of 25 days is given on a monthly basis to employees.

Because if we take 25/12 it gives us 2.08… and if we take 2.08*12 it gives us 24.96 making it impossible to take 25 days in a calendar year.

Anyone who has implemented same or has similar requirements, please share your views of how it is implemented on your end.
