Unable to access Oracle OCI vault secrets using /20180608/secrets/{secretId} api

We are storing credentials in Oracle OCI vault and we need to access this using /20180608/secrets/{secretId} api. We have created a rest connection in OIC using OCI Signature Version 1 security policy. We are passing secret OCID as input request to get the stored secret but we are getting <![CDATA[CASDK-0041: An error occurred while invoking the REST endpoint error. Please let us know if there is any way to get OCI vault secret using rest api.
