Clarification on Rating Criteria for Suggested Candidates – Oracle Recruiting Cloud AI Feature

Hi Oracle Support,

We have recently enabled the AI-based "Suggested Candidates" feature in Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Post enablement, we have started seeing suggested candidates being highlighted in the system. These suggestions are evaluated based on four sections:

  • Profile
  • Education
  • Experience
  • Skills

Each of these sections is rated on a 3-point scale.

We would like to understand how these ratings are calculated by the system. Specifically, we are looking for documentation or detailed criteria that explain the basis on which the system assigns scores in each of these four areas.

We have reviewed the available Oracle documentation but could not find any material that explains the calculation logic behind these AI-based suggestions and ratings. Kindly provide us with a detailed explanation or point us to relevant documentation that clarifies this.
