Validate a Input Text Box Field value based on Business Object value

Summary:

We have a requirement to validating the value of Employee Id Field based on the value of Business Object.

That is the value of the Employe Id is already stored in the Business Object and we need to validate it against the BO while entering the Employee Id in the Input Text Box.

Please advise.
