SCM Fusion redwood customizations feature limitation - RSSP - Procurement - Requisition Page

We have a requirement:
where we have a DFF field which contains a key-value pair and on select of "key" in DFF, we have to take a "value" from a DFF field( on select of that dropdown) and split the "value" into project and Task from value (as mentioned below) and auto-populate the project and task in Project number field and Task number in oracle standard fields of respective pages.
Value description should be concatenated value of Work Order Type / Sub-type, Project & Task number, Legal Entity
Value Format: WorkOrderType-SubType~Project-Task~Legal Entity
Example: PM-ABCDEF~11000614-OTHER~ABC Energy, Limited XYZ

In “Billing and Shipping details”-Distribution section in Procurement→ requisition page in Fusion through RSSP(Redwood ).
