Requested/Promised Ship dates not appearing in redwood purchase orders schedules

We have Buyer managed transportation. when testing Purchase order from redwood UI > schedules tab, we cannot see Requested ship and promised ship dates fields. We are testing planned items. Can some one share your thoughts on what could be missing.
