Description
Smartview currently have set Process row limit of 250K, we often see the exceed row limits message when we try to drill member field to the bottom level.
The reason why we are getting that message is because of all the zeros/ Missing data rows, even we select Supress zero/missing option, it still throws the error. This happen as Smartview will only process the suppression at the last steps, which means i will shows up all the zero/missing data first, if it blows out 250k , then we will only see the warning.
We would like to change the SSPROCROWLIMIT from 250k to max allowable 500k rows
Use Case and Business Need
Business Need to have more expandable line to suffice the needs for reporting as some of organization has exhaustive data to be shown for analyzing which derives from plenty of Reporting Entity, Business Units, and account hierarchy.
With this enhancement, it will allow business to capture more data and lessen administrative work to run the report multiple time.

We support this enhancement request. When zooming in at the individual balancing segment level with all accounts in and the suppress rows enabled, still the data keeps crossing the 250k limit. Need more rows option to select

I support this enhancement request and would encourage the suppression to come at an earlier step in the logic than at the end of the process. This would enable an increased set of data to be produced whilst not exceeding row capacity. I would challenge why, when an Excel spreadsheet has capacity for over 1 million rows, that the smartview application does not support the development and drill through of information up to this level.
