Support for Carriage Return in Oracle Data Visualizer (OAS 7.0)

We have encountered an issue with the Oracle Data Visualizer tool (currently using OAS 2023 (v 7.0), soon transitioning to OAS 2024 (v 7.6)). It appears that carriage returns are not supported, despite being present in the source dataset/application. As a result, text-heavy columns appear cluttered and busy, significantly impacting the user experience.
The absence of carriage return support makes it difficult to read and interpret data, particularly when handling large blocks of text. Adding support for carriage returns would greatly improve readability and enhance the overall user experience in Oracle Data Visualizer.

Can you provide more details?
- Where is the CR present? In a data column?
- Where do you want it to show up? Labels/Legends/cells? Some placements will impact chart structures, which might not be possible.

Yes CR is already present in a data column. Let's take a simple example: I have created a sample excel file with 2 columns. If you take a look at the attached excel file I have status column that shows 3 different statuses in 3 different lines in the same cell. However, when you bring the dataset over in DV, it shows up in one line ignoring the carriage return
