A 100-year-old public agency, the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts began a multiyear technology overhaul to better serve over 5.5 million customers in the greater Los Angeles area. With dozens of projects in its pipeline at any one time, LACSD needed a centralized project management information system for the entire team to use.
