  • Dismissable -The content can be dismissed without moving the pointer or keyboard focus. 
  • Hoverable - When pointer hover triggers additional content, the pointer can be moved over the additional content without the additional content disappearing. 
  • Persistent  - The additional content  and menus remains visible until the the hover or focus trigger is removed, the user dismisses it, or its information is no longer valid. 
  • The product uses browser’s default hover messages on the Links, controls.The product dismisses the hover message or menu on pressing the ESC Key or by click on form.

The product and documentation were tested for:

  • Ability to perform functions from the keyboard without requiring specific timings for individual key strokes.
  • Logical movement of focus through the controls.
  • Proper operation of unique keystrokes and access keys, including those listed in the product documentation.
  • The ability to use the product with OS keyboard aids: StickyKeys and FilterKeys (feature names may be different on different platforms).
2.1.2 No Keyboard Trap (Level A)Supports

The product and documentation were tested for:

  • The keyboard focus can be moved to a component of the page using keyboard, with no "keyboard trap".
2.1.4 Character Key Shortcuts (Level A)Partially Supports

The product and documentation were tested for:

  • The product uses two single character keyboard shortcuts (F2, F9). Single character keyboard shortcuts cannot be turned off or remapped. 

Exceptions to the above are as follows:
Two issues were found related to single character keyboard shortcuts with F2 and F9 function keys. The F2 shortcut is used to launch Visual Assist/ Calendar/ Calculator controls on an EnterpriseOne form and F9 is used to move focus to the EnterpriseOne menu and loop between open applications. Created Bug 32038957 to remap these single character keyboard shortcuts in accessibility mode.


Expected: Provide the ability to turn off or remap the F2 and F9 function keys keyboard shortcut.

Exceptions to the above are as follows:
Two issues were found related to Dragging movements. Bug# 37553895.
Actual: 
1.    In EnterpriseOne applications, you can drag Row and Form Exits to Favorites menu. This functionality cannot be achieved by a single pointer without dragging.
2.    In EnterpriseOne applications, you can drag to reorder Favorites menu items in the Manage Favorites feature. This functionality cannot be achieved by a single pointer without dragging.

Expected: 
1.    In EnterpriseOne applications, provide the ability to move Row and Form Exits to Favorites menu by a single pointer without dragging.
2.    In EnterpriseOne applications, provide the ability to reorder Favorites menu items in the Manage Favorites popup by a single pointer without dragging.
